Resin printing for fine detail
For miniatures, figurines, detailed display models and small parts where filament layer lines would show. Printed in standard or water-washable resin on an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra MSLA printer within 218.88 × 122.88 × 220 mm, resolving finer detail than FDM. Quoted per job.
3D design from an idea, photo or sketch
No 3D model needed. Send a photo, a sketch or a written description with the dimensions and we build the printable model first, at a published design fee.
3D scanning of an existing object
Turn a physical part into a 3D model — to reprint it, to modify it, or to design something that fits it. Scanned on a Creality CR-Scan Ferret Pro to 0.1 mm accuracy, in full colour, for objects from about 50 mm up to 2 m. The answer when there is no drawing and the original piece is the only reference. Quoted per object.
Prototypes and functional parts
Working parts and iterations for products still being developed, printed in PLA, PETG, TPU or ABS and quoted per revision.
Replacement and spare parts

Why it matters: Most people asking for a custom piece do not have an STL file, and a print-only shop will send them away.

Do they run more than one process, and will they tell you which one your piece needs?
Why it matters: Filament and resin fail at opposite things. A shop that runs only one will quote your piece on the one it owns, and you find out it was the wrong choice after it is printed.

Is the maximum part size stated?

- Can you print if I do not have an STL file?
- Yes. A photo, a hand sketch or a clear written description with dimensions is enough to start. The 3D model is created for you before printing, at a design fee that depends on how complex the shape is.
- Do you do resin printing, or only filament?
- Both. FDM filament printing on Bambu Lab machines suits functional parts, larger pieces and anything where cost matters most. Resin printing on an Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra, in standard or water-washable resin, suits miniatures, figurines, detailed display models and small parts where the detail is the point and filament layer lines would show. Tell us what the piece is and we will say which one it should be.
- Can you scan an object I already have?
- Yes. A Creality CR-Scan Ferret Pro turns a physical object into a 3D model to 0.1 mm accuracy, in full colour, for objects from about 50 mm up to 2 m. The model can then be reprinted, modified, or used to design a part that fits it. It is the usual route for a broken or discontinued part when no drawing exists and the original piece is the only reference. Scanning is quoted per object.
- What is the largest thing you can print?
- About 256 × 256 × 256 mm per individual FDM part, and 218.88 × 122.88 × 220 mm on the resin printer. Larger pieces are designed as separate parts that fit together, which is normal practice rather than a compromise.
- How long does a custom print take?
- Small custom jobs are typically ready in 2 to 4 days once the model is approved, depending on quantity, size and the current workload. Delivery time on top of that depends on your governorate.
- Do you deliver outside Cairo?
- Yes, to all Egyptian governorates. The delivery fee is calculated from your governorate and shown before you confirm the order.
- Which materials can you print in?
- The FDM filaments stocked, with the currently available options and their exact per-gram rates listed on this page. PLA for decorative and display pieces. PETG for parts that take more heat or stress. TPU for anything that has to bend — grips, gaskets, straps, protective cases. ABS where the part needs to be tougher and take more heat than PLA. For fine detail there is standard and water-washable resin, quoted per job rather than by the gram.
