Information we collect
We collect the information needed to quote, make, deliver, support, and document your order. We also receive limited technical information when you use the site.
- Contact and delivery details: name, phone numbers, optional email, governorate, city or area, address, and order notes.
- Order details: products, options, colours, personalization, gift messages, prices, status, and communications about the order.
- Custom and review content: files, models, images, measurements, descriptions, and review photos that you choose to upload.
- Technical and usage data: IP-derived request information used for security and rate limiting, browser or device information, page interactions, and cookies or similar identifiers used by configured measurement tools.
Why we use it
We use personal data for specific, declared purposes connected to the service you request, our legal obligations, and the security of the store. Providing order details is treated as permission to process them for that transaction; using them for a new, unrelated purpose requires another lawful basis or consent.
- To prepare quotes, confirm orders, manufacture the correct piece, collect payment, arrange delivery, and provide order tracking.
- To answer questions, handle returns and complaints, prevent abuse, and keep transaction and accounting records required by law.
- To publish a review only after moderation. Public reviews shorten the author name; order numbers and private contact details are not displayed.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not use order contact details for direct marketing without the separate explicit consent required by law.
Who may receive it
We share only what is reasonably needed for the stated purpose. Recipients may include delivery companies, hosting and database providers, email providers, technical service providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information where Egyptian law, a court, or a competent authority requires it.
- A courier receives the delivery details needed to deliver the order.
- Technology providers process information on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security requirements.
- Google Tag Manager loads the measurement tags configured for the store. Active tags may receive technical usage data and use cookies according to their configuration and provider terms.
Your device, cart, and order references
The cart and the order references shown in My Orders are stored in your browser’s local storage so they remain available on that device. Clearing site data removes those local copies, but it does not delete the underlying order record held by us. Browser controls can block or clear cookies and local storage, although some storefront features may then stop remembering your choices.
How long we keep information
We keep each category only while it is needed for the purpose described, including completing and supporting an order, resolving a dispute, securing the service, and meeting tax, accounting, or other legal record-keeping duties. When the purpose and any lawful retention period end, we delete or anonymize the data. Retention may therefore differ between order records, custom files, review uploads, security logs, and analytics data.
- You may ask us for the current retention period or the criteria used for a particular category.
- A deletion request may not cover records that we must retain by law or need for an existing legal claim; we will explain any such limit.
Your privacy rights
Subject to Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations, you may ask to know about, access, or obtain your personal data; correct, update, add, or delete it; withdraw prior consent; restrict processing; or object where processing conflicts with your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to be notified of a personal-data breach as required by law.
- Send a request through the privacy contact shown on this page. We may need to verify that the request relates to you before disclosing or changing data.
- Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, and it does not stop processing required to complete a transaction or comply with law.
Security, international providers, and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to limit access and protect data from unauthorized use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No online system can promise absolute security. Some technology providers may process data outside Egypt; where this occurs, we apply the approvals and safeguards required by Egyptian law. The store is not directed to children. Anyone under 18 should use it with a parent or legal guardian, and we do not knowingly process a child’s data without the consent required by law.
Contact and complaints
Use the privacy contact shown on this page for questions or requests. We will tell you if this notice changes materially by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing an additional notice. You may also submit a complaint to Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Center if you believe your data rights have not been respected.
