Can I buy a product without a 3D model?
Yes. Choose an existing design from the store, select its available options and add it to your cart. You do not need to upload a file or request a custom quote.
Are store products ready to ship or made to order?
The store offers existing designs that we make to order in Cairo. Choosing a store product does not mean it is already manufactured or ready for immediate dispatch. Check the product details and your order updates for timing.
Where can I see the price and delivery cost?
Product pages show prices in Egyptian pounds (EGP) for the available options. The delivery fee is calculated from your governorate and shown at checkout before you place the order. Delivery is available across Egypt.
How is a custom order different?
Use custom 3D printing for your own model or a design that is not in the store. Its requirements and price are reviewed separately. Existing store designs can be ordered through the cart.
