Toothless is a Night Fury dragon from the animated film series 'How to Train Your Dragon', named because Hiccup discovered it was toothless upon their first encounter. As a rare and most dangerous species of dragon, it possesses extreme speed, cloaking ability, and plasma blast attacks, with emitted shockwaves resembling ion cannons rather than flames. Its appearance blends the agility of felines with the wingspan of bats, and it can take off vertically and fly for long periods. Loyal and gentle in nature, it forms a deep bond with Hiccup, overturning the human-dragon antagonistic relationship, and ultimately becomes a Class 4 Alpha Dragon, symbolizing wisdom and leadership.
